Our business is people. It requires people from the top obtaining installation contracts, planning the work through all its stages, setting up site, collecting and integrating crafts and skills as well as labour support teams, totaling perhaps several hundred men from different ethnic groups and geographic localities, camped together as comfortable as possible. To provide their skills and hands to build an installation on time, under the supervision of more of our people who are dedicated to their task and our company, most of the managers, supervisors and administrators would have worked together in the past. Most of the technicians would have also been with us for many years. The wealth of experience accumulated by our long term employees together with the new blood of the recent recruits are vital contributors to the efficiency and dynamism of the company.
