To execute the project successfully, a comprehensive study must be made based on the bid documents and refined through additional information given by the client during the preaward period. This will lead to the presentation of a detailed planning and logistics study. Next come the programme requirements which are usually geared to support the owners' arrangements for financing the project and ensure the earliest date for production. Our study will determine if the construction time is sufficient and if not, it will help us propose possible alternatives. Having taken into consideration all the above criteria, a competitively priced bid will be made to refiect the entire scope, and the price tendered, when accepted, must ensure the success of the project execution. When the contract is awarded a detailed construction study will be made which will determine the optimum approach to all the various disciplines needed for that project.
